Peak retail body the Australian Retailers Association (ARA) said it was encouraging those in the retail industry to secure tickets to the ARA Australian Retail Awards breakfast for the chance to hear a keynote address from Myer CEO and Managing Director Bernie Brookes, head of what many call a centrepiece of Australian retail.
ARA Executive Director Russell Zimmerman said state and national award winners for ARA Australian Retail Awards would be announced at the breakfast including the major award, the 2012 Visa Australian Retailer of the Year.
