This workshop has been designed to support management teams with the skills and knowledge required to develop and apply competitive visual merchandising strategies to support the targeting of consumer groups within varied retailer types. The workshop provides the skills and knowledge to apply in ensuring the requirements of the visual merchandising function are adequately met by the management team at both a strategic, tactical and operational level.

This workshop provides the opportunity to gain industry insights and understanding in the approaches taken by brands to define their position in the market with a clear visual representation.

Specifically the workshop addresses the skills required to:

• Create a Corporate Image
• Define the Visual Presentation Strategy to support the brand
• Build a Process for Product Presentation
• Produce and install merchandise for a major promotion
• Produce Merchandising and Promotional Plans to Align Actions to Strategy
