
The ARA Retail Institute is proud to offer a Diploma of Retail Management.
Qualification for the Diploma requires demonstration of competence in 9 key learning units, completed part-time within a twelve month period. Nine major retail skills areas are covered, delivered over nine one day workshop sessions. The aim of the program is to provide participants with knowledge and skills in key areas of retail management excellence.
The Assessment Tools
Quality Resource Kit - Workshop based assessment - Online Assessment Tool - Business Application and Assessment Tool - ARA Mentor Support
Each participant will be aligned to an ARA mentor who is a highly skilled retail professional who will guide their learning through supporting their assessment process and adding value to the participants knowledge and confidence with feedback. These mentors are available to the participants both online and via telephone.
The Course Structure
To qualify for a Diploma of Retail Management, a total of 9 units of competency must be completed, comprising:
