Using ARA ERMS to manage employment obligations under the new General Retail Award

Available to all ARA members, ARA's Employment Relations Management System (ERMS) is a web based system containing up to date information for employers on the Fair Work Act (Cth) and Modern Retail Award.  This includes transitional wages, loadings and penalties as well as allowances and other useful guidance information.

The ARA is running special webinars for members on how to use and get the most out of the ERMS to benefit their businesses - including how to manage employment obligations such as the Transitional Arrangements commencing 1 July 2010 .

Through these 45 minute webinars, you will find out how to access and interpret:

• the new transitional wages tables;
• allowances tables;
• loading and Penalties tables; and
• other helpful ERMS features.
