It involves understanding financial reporting and KPI's and establishing financial controls in a retail business through effective budgeting, implementation, monitoring and review.  This is a highly practical workshop providing fundamental knowledge on retail financials.
This workshop specifically addresses the ability and skills required to:

• Understanding and managing Retail financials
• Controlling business costs
• Develop and implement and managing expenditure inline with budgets
• Monitoring and reporting on financial KPI's and controls
