The Australian Government has established a range of ‘industry driven' initiatives to address the current skills and labour shortages. Your participation in the forum will enable your industry to benefit from these initiatives.
An ‘industry driven' system means that you have a voice! You can have a direct impact on the current and future government initiatives. This is an important opportunity for you to ensure a vibrant and prosperous future for your industry.
This event will be facilitated by well known and respected facilitator, Dr Lyn Gribble and hosted by Service Skills Australia in partnership with industry.
The forum will be held in Sydney with other industry stakeholders. The aim is to build a set of priorities for developing our workforce. You will also be asked to provide your comments on the data about the industry that we will use as the basis of our advice to governments on your industry's training and development needs.
