Alan is a qualified retailer with practical knowledge in large chain store retail across many areas specifically /Coaching and Mentoring in Retail operations skills , and has a proven record of achieving results with many challenging retail issues. 

As a Retail Trainer Alan has trained and consulted many retail businesses within the Hard Goods, Fashion, Grocery and Service industries. He is currently lecturing, training and consulting in Retail Traineeships Certificate 2, 3 and 4.
