Ashley Fry

Ashley is a solicitor with FCB, joining the firm at the start of 2010. Ashley has experience in providing specialised legal research, support and assistance across the field of employment law and workplace and industrial relations. Ashley provides advice on issues arising from the new Fair Work legislation, with a well developed understanding of modern awards (particularly the General Retail Industry Award 2010) and the National Employment Standards. He has been heavily involved in the development of the ARA’s transitional wage rates and penalties/loadings. He provides ARA members with valuable advice in his capacity as a consultant for the ARA's telephone advisory service and in providing consultancy services to ARA members outside of the telephone advisory service.
