Bruce has over 25 years of retail management experience, with 10 years as Operations Manager for a leading national retail corporation. In this role Bruce managed the design and construction process for all retail outlets. 

During this period Bruce has refitted, opened or relocated 194 stores, including opening 17 stores in the New Zealand market. 

Bruce has extensive experience in controlling capital expenditure by managing the sourcing & service provision process. As a specialist consultant Bruce supports clients in managing landlord relations & provides connections in areas of design, drafting, fixturing, suppliers and Shopfitting. 

As a Retail Design Consultant, Bruce is available to formally or informally discuss all aspects of:

• Investigate traffic flow to guide retail friendly design
• Liaise with designer/architect
• Set budgetary parameters or fully cost the concept
• Analyse finishes selection
