As a training and development professional in the retail industry, Donna brings 22 years of experience obtained from working with a leading national retail business.  Having held various roles and responsibilities Donna worked her way through the company from a service assistant to a senior management position within the Learning and Development department.  This has provided Donna with the ability to effectively interact at various levels across a broad spectrum of the retail industry.  In addition Donna is known for her commitment to delivering high quality training outcomes for clients through being self motivated, reliable and flexible. 

As a Specialist Retail Trainer, Donna is able to assist others in identifying and achieving organisational, team and individual objectives.  Assisting people to achieve their individual goals provides Donna with personal satisfaction and the motivation to continue to work within the retail and training industries.  Donna has an approachable, inclusive and flexible training delivery style that encourages group and individual participation.  Donna’s expertise has been demonstrated in training delivery, group facilitation and the preparation of training materials.
