Nicola Cooper

Nicola is a solicitor with FCB. Nicola’s key competencies include managing terminations, legislative and award compliance, enterprise bargaining including competitor analysis, award interpretation, and enterprise agreements.  Nicola has been extensively involved in the award modernisation process and has worked with a number of retailers managing the transition to Modern Awards.
