Peter has over 25 years experience in small business and franchise management. He has opened and built 7 different franchise businesses across 4 different retail brands. These include Video Ezy, McDonalds, EzyDVD and a specialized men’s retail gift store Fellas Gifts.

He is extremely experienced in Retail Management, Retail Operations, Business Development, Local Store Marketing and all aspects of Small Business management.

As General Manager of Marketing for Video Ezy Australasia he was responsible for the creation and implementation of Video Ezy’s National, Regional and Local Marketing strategy.

Peter is a people person. He fosters relationships and thrives on working with small business people to maximize sales, profits, employee development and customer satisfaction. He can work closely with small business franchise owners to assist them in implementing operational systems, achieving financial performance, marketing strategies through to business sales.
