Commencing her retail career over 20 years ago, Robyn’s professional involvement within the retail industry includes executive management roles for some of Australia’s leading retail chains. Over this period, Robyn has developed her skills over a broad spectrum of areas covering leadership, sales growth, client relationship management, workforce planning, staff training and development, financial management and store presentation. Complimenting her retail skills, Robyn is a qualified Trainer and Assessor with extensive experience in the development and facilitation of customised retail workshops and e-learning material. With a wealth of industry and educational knowledge, Robyn has the passion, motivation and commitment to deliver effective learning to our extensive base of retail training and consulting clients.
