Victoria’s 15 years experience spans working with major Australian retail brands, Victorian Tertiary Institutions and Freelancing / Consulting.  Her career has seen Victoria in senior roles within Visual Merchandising and Retail Operations ,with experience in the furniture & homewares, sporting& apparel, Skincare /Aromatherapy and Freelance Styling. Victoria has a broad spectrum of industries to apply within her current consulting applications. With a view and balance to plan and implement for a successful business image with impact and commercial success.  Victoria’s training and development experience crosses over from visual merchandising students, speaking at corporate and private conferences and diploma level training in visual merchandising and retail operations.

As a Specialist Retail Consultant, Victoria has supported range of clients in the development and strategic application of Visual Merchandising with small to medium businesses. As a Specialist Retail Trainer, Victoria’s interactive approach to her training aims to involve all participants through a basic to senior level. With a passion for Retail and Visual Merchandising, she is able to apply the training directly into the many and varied business participating.  Facilitating workshops and subjects within accredited courses, for both private business and educational institutions has given Victoria the experience of communicating with individuals and group sessions with varied levels of experience and backgrounds.
