The ARA has significantly increased its resources in Employment Relations by announcing a partnership with FCB – Workplace Lawyers & Consultants, making the ARA Employment Relations Service one of the largest and most experienced employment relations teams in the country. The partnership will ensure members have greater access to experts at a time of great change.The expanded ARA team is supported by the strength of FCB with a team of 35 people delivering service to members.  The strengthened team improves member access to information and provides greater resources to answer member queries through the Telephone Advisory Service. The ARA team is lead by highly specialised and experienced practitioners with an in-depth understanding of the workplace relations challenges faced by the Retail Industry.
