Day 1

Session 1: 5 Themes of Successful Retailing

There's a lot more to merchandising than simply looking good! Merchandising strategy involves making it easy for your customers to shop. Seemingly simple, yet it often takes an experienced retailer, from outside the company to help you stay customer focused and capture every opportunity to maximise sales. Perhaps over time we bypass opportunities and become what is often referred to as 'shop blind'.
