This workshop provides managers & retail teams with the skills and competencies required to control store security and safety. It involves developing and implementing security procedures for the prevention of both internal and external theft and ensuring safety of all personnel in relation to security procedures. This workshop extends to examine policy and procedures relating to Occupational Health and Safety through developing and implementing standards safety issues. Participants learn key skills in consulting with staff, assessing and controlling risks, establishing and maintaining record systems and evaluating policies and procedures.
