Overview

The introduction of modern awards represents a significant shift from the traditional award system which currently operates in Australia.  It is critical that employers understand their new obligations and the implications that modern awards can have on their business.

Modern Awards commence from January 2010 and retailers should prepare now for what is one of Australia's most significant workplace relations changes in history.
