The ARA’s Employment Relations team assists retail members with a range of services as part of a membership package, access to the online Employment Relations Management System (ERMS) as well as offering consultancy services at a substantially reduced membership rate.

Drafting contracts of employment and Workplace Agreements tailored to your retail business. We can also assist with negotiations with unions and lodgement of agreements.

Representation and assistance regarding equal opportunity matters before HREOC and state-based tribunals.
