The ARA recently launched 1300 Member Advice Assist - a new hotline exclusive to members offering comprehensive, free advice to help navigate all the issues in running a retail business. During business hours call 1300 368 041 for advice on tenancy, legal or accounting issues and employment relations. In addition, ARA members can access everyday stress and trauma counseling, emergency medical assistance, translation service, and access to local tradesmen including locksmiths, glaziers and electricians 24 hours a day seven days a week.

We are also working on improving the range and quality of retail suppliers to our members. Competitive deals tailored to the retail market in general insurance, workers compensation, security & loss prevention, retail suppliers, fleet discounts, EFTPOS costs and travel are all available through 1300 Member Advice Assist.
