PREGNANCY AND WORK – have your say!

Is managing pregnancy and work a challenge in your retail business?

Are you aware of the new laws around maternity leave and family responsibilities?

The Victorian Equal Opportunity & Human Rights Commission would like to hear from you, about what works, and what doesn’t when it comes to retaining pregnant employees and new mothers in the workplace.

You can participate in our web-survey, supported by the Australian Retailers Association, the Department of Innovation, Industry and Regional Development and the Victorian Employers’ Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The information gathered will help the Commission to develop easy to use, best practice solutions to managing pregnancy and work, and to help us to celebrate and promote exemplars from the retail sector – both large and small.
