This Discussion Paper has been prepared by the Australian Retailers Association in consultation with Piper Alderman and Professor Andrew Stewart. Its purpose is to explain the implications of the award modernisation process that is presently being undertaken by the Australian Industrial Relations Commission (AIRC).
