The ARA Retail Institute provides excellence in retail consulting & education offering the latest in both training and professional development for members and non-members of the Association. Retailer consulting, education and training are available on a broad range of topics, including: merchandising, store operations, marketing, management training, customer service, selling skills, loss prevention and consumer issues.

The ARA Retail Institute is committed to providing retailers with the skills and knowledge to develop their business. The training courses are designed to be practical, current and relevant to the needs of the industry we represent.

The ARA Retail Institute is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and offers a range of retail specific accredited programs including Certificate 2 and 3 in Retail Operations, Certificate 3 in Retail Supervision ,Certificate 4 in Retail Management and Diploma of Retail Management.

The ARA Retail Institute also offers ARA Online Learning Institute. ARA Online Learning Institute provides a flexible online learning alternative enabling you to develop new retail skills when and where required at a pace appropriate to your own style of learning.
