How Do I Know My Registration Has Been Received?

You will receive a confirmation letter outlining the details of your enrolment approximately 5 working days before the commencement of the course. Bring this form with you to the training course. If you do not receive a confirmation letter at least three days prior the course date, please contact your relevant state office on the above numbers.

How Do I Pay?

Payment can be made via credit card by contacting either of the above offices. Please have your credit card number, expiry date, course name and commencement date ready when you call. Confirmation details will not be sent unless payment has been received.

Payment can be made via credit card, money order, cheque or direct deposit. If you are paying via cheque or money order, please make payable to the Australian Retailers Association. Please print your name, address phone number and the course name on the back of the cheque.

A tax invoice will be raised on request only.

Venue and Facilities

To be confirmed one week prior to course commencing.

What Do I Wear?

Smart Casual dress is appropriate for all training courses. Jeans are suitable.

What Meals Are Provided?

Morning and/or afternoon tea is provided for all half-day courses.

Terms and Conditions

  1. To ensure that an enrolment is confirmed, your payment or authorisation must accompany the registration form.
  2. Registrations must be cancelled in writing, up to 5 days prior to the program. Participants may either transfer to another program or receive a full refund.
  3. Registrations cancelled less than 5 days prior to the commencement of the program will not be refunded.
  4. You may substitute another participant at any time prior to the programs commencement. Please notify this change to the Training Department.
  5. The ARA reserves the right to cancel or postpone a program to an alternative date. All registered participants affected by such a cancellation will be offered the opportunity to transfer to the next available program or receive a full refund.

Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied when attending a course, a full refund will be issued if you advise the Training Department at the first break in the program.

Discounts

The ARA Retail Institute will negotiate group discounts for businesses / members wishing to enroll five or more people on the same program commencing on the same date. Please contact the ARA Retail Institute for further information.

All course materials are copyright and should not be copied in part or full without the permission of the ARA Retail Institute, Training and Development Manager. The ARA will take legal action in relation to any breaches of copyright.
