The ARA Retail Institute has built a strong following for the provision of intensive
3 hour workshops to support retailers in the underpinning principals and concepts that deliver retail best practice.
Retailers are provided with a workshop manual that supports the program with quality information, tips and ideas. The presentation is supported by PowerPoint that includes images and multimedia to keep the program engaging and relevant.

Specialised Business Strategy & Inspiration Program
The Specialised Business Inspiration Program directly inspires retailers in defined precincts to understand the points of difference that support traffic generation in the area. This session will motivate retailers to work collectively to bring to life initiatives that will cross promote and support the improved standards of the area. Reinforcing the fundamentals of retail success and leveraging refreshed ideas for business growth will be the focus.
This practical workshop combined with one on one specialised consulting will provide retailers with a presentation and promotions strategy so they can optimise the benefit of the precinct and relationships with other traders in common activities and themes.
