ARA Retail Institute International Training and Consultancy

The ARA Retail Institute is a retail specialist organisation that provides excellence in retail education, training and consulting services to the Australian retail industry and international training partners. These training services encompass Australian Accredited Qualifications, Customised Training from entry to management level and retail consulting including a range of retail specific disciplines.

The ARA Retail Institute is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that is registered to deliver Australian recognized accredited training that conforms with the Australian Quality Training Framework. The suite of accredited training programs includes:
  • Certificate II in Retail
  • Certificate III in Retail
  • Certificate IV in Retail Management
  • Diploma in Retail Management

The ARA Retail Institute actively works with the Australian retail industry in providing innovative and practical training solutions that can be customized to meet the business needs. The ARA Retail Institute has a team of highly experienced retail professionals that are able to work with business in customizing proven retail training programs to meet the specific learning and development requirements of the industry. These training and education programs range from induction level through to senior management level.

The ARA Retail Institute offers ARA Online Retail Institute. ARA Online Retail Institute provides a flexible online learning alternative enabling development of new retail skills in self paced leaning style. This flexible online learning platform offers international partners the opportunity to offer state of the art retail training to new markets that will embrace this form of learning in the coming years.

The ARA Retail Institute is currently providing training packages and support to a retail training organisation in Bahrain which involves working the with the Bahrain Government's Labour Fund. This project involves training Bahraini nationals in Certificate 2 & 3 in Retail Operations and the Diploma in Retail Management. The project has close working relations with major Bahraini and International retailers providing Australian recognized retail qualifications to Bahraini National trainees including jobseekers and existing workers.
