The ARA Retail Institute is proud to offer Professional Development Workshops to managers and staff of the Australian retail industry. Unable to commit to the Diploma of Retail Management qualification but would like to benefit from targeted learning?

These 1 Day Professional Development Workshops are and ideal introduction to the Diploma of Retail Management or a standalone workshop that intensifies the learning of new skill with exposure to members of other retail businesses and networks.

Participants will be guided by an experienced facilitator from the ARA using practical exercises, case studies and role plays that complement day to day requirements of participant’s roles.
