A Taste of Harmony is a free annual event that is a great opportunity for Australian workplaces to unite and celebrate cultural diversity through delicious food and stories, whilst fostering a respectful, welcoming and diverse workplace. A Taste of Harmony will take place during 16-27 March 2020.
Over two weeks in March, tens of thousands of employees across Australia will participate in A Taste of Harmony. Many organisations arrange a simple lunch or morning tea where people bring a home-cooked dish or bought item to work, taking inspiration from the culture that resonates with them most. Many retail organisations take part, usually with a buffet-style lunch, where team members can bring a dish and leave it in the lunch or kitchen area, with their personal story, with food grazed upon throughout the day.
