Working closely with Deloitte Australia’s global and APAC teams, David directs all of the firm’s key retail sector activities to provide perspectives and solutions that enable growth and success for our retail clients.
Vaughan Strawbridge – Financial Advisory Partner, Deloitte Australia: Vaughan is a partner of Financial Advisory and the leader of NSW’s Restructuring Services practice. He has more than 25 years’ experience in reorganisation services across Australia, South East Asia and the UK. His expertise is providing a roadmap to maximise future value for the stakeholders of underperforming businesses. This involves business enhancement, cost reduction, cash management, operational and financial restructuring/turnaround, and formal/informal insolvency engagements.
Richard Young – Financial Advisory Partner, Deloitte Australia: Richard is a turnaround and profit improvement specialist and an experienced leader of turnaround and profit improvement diagnostics and execution.
