Standards Committee representative sought – bicycles

The Australian Retailers Association is seeking a bicycle retailer to represent the Australian Retailers Association (ARA) on the Standards Australia committee CS-110 Bicycle and accessories.

The ARA is required to fill a seat on this committee and is seeking expressions of interest to join in order to assist with maintence and creation of regulations for the bicycle sector.

The committee deals with regulation issues such as safety requirements and test methods for child seats for cycles, cycle trailers, and bicycle helmets.

Interested parties are asked to email Russell Zimmerman, Executive Director, ARA on russell.zimmerman@retail.org.au
