Develop stronger team dynamics and improve how people work together.

You’ll cover:

  • Establishing effective workplace relationships
  • Building high-performing teams
  • Reviewing and improving team effectiveness
Strengthen your ability to manage performance and address issues early. You’ll cover:
  • Setting performance expectations
  • Managing performance and conduct
  • Addressing underperformance and conflict
  • Following up and sustaining improvement
Develop confident, outcome-focused communication skills. You’ll cover:
  • Identifying communication needs
  • Engaging stakeholders effectively
  • Negotiating outcomes
  • Delivering clear and impactful presentations
