Explore how ARC training programs are creating meaningful outcomes for retailers, teams and communities.
ARC had the privilege of supporting Indigenous team members from Coles Supermarkets and Liquorland across TAS, QLD, SA, NSW and VIC as they completed the Certificate IV in Retail Management.
In total, 11 participants successfully completed the full qualification – a testament to their resilience, dedication and the strong support network around them.
A huge thank you to Coles Indigenous Affairs Workforce Advisor – Dale Cooper for her support and partnership, and the thoughtful feedback she shared at program completion: “Lisa Maksimas, the ARC trainer, provided support that was over-and-above – the 1:1 calls, texts and catch ups with me and the participants – was appreciated, and we are grateful to have had her as the facilitator for our first Cert IV in Retail Management program at Coles.”
This program is a powerful example of what can be achieved when industry, training providers and local leaders work together to create meaningful pathways for Indigenous talent.
