Everything you need to know about Victoria’s roadmaps

Sunday’s announcement that Victoria’s lockdown will be extended has come with a new set of measures and guidelines. Here’s a list of key resources to navigate the next few months.

The current metro Melbourne lockdown is extended for two weeks under the current stage four restrictions, now extended until 28 September. The staggered return to the COVID-normal state of life in Victoria has dealt a devastating blow for retail. Warehouse and postal activity will be eased from 28 September, however there is a seven week delay to retail opening, which commences from 26 October providing COVID infection case loads are low.

Regional Victoria:

From 11:59pm on Sunday 13 September, Regional Victoria will move to step two and reassess numbers in two weeks. The plan is then to move to step three. There will be no extension of current arrangements for Regional Victoria. The Geelong corridor is said to be of some concern and is on close watch.
