As a valued member of the Australian Retailers Association, we remind you to register for our upcoming ARA AGM.
FY25 marked a historic year for the ARA as we continued to strengthen our operations, advocacy and member services while preparing for the amalgamation with the NRA.
Your membership remains at the heart of everything we do and we look forward to sharing our results and achievements at the AGM and providing a glimpse of our vision under Australian Retail Council (ARC).
With members recently delivering a resounding ‘yes’ vote to form the Australian Retail Council (ARC) – a united voice for Australia’s $430 billion retail sector – we look forward to updating you on our amalgamation plans.
All ARA members are invited to attend the ARA AGM, which will be held online via Zoom, and you must register in advance.
If you are unable to attend and wish to submit a proxy, please do so by Tuesday 2 December 2025, 5:00pm.
The Annual Report including the consolidated 2024-2025 Financial Statements is now available to all ARA members.
