With Father’s Day just around the corner, there will inevitably be those of us doing a last minute dash for a gift to give to the special man we call dad.

According to a survey by global data and insights company Pureprofile, we are most likely going topurchase a gift voucher (20%), clothing (18%), alcohol (13%) gadgets (11%), or no present at all, just a hug or some other form of personal acknowledgement (19%) to honour the fathers in our lives.

Popular Australian retailers such as Country Road, Dan Murphy’s and Australia Post have joined forces with the mobile wallet app Stocard this Father’s Day, with special offers in-store and online currently running within the app including:

  • If you’re in the market for a new gadget, Australia Post has got you covered to make dad smile. Ranging from drones, cameras, speakers, headphones, tablets, laptops and more.
